The Kelly SHU Pro™ series is our premier shock-mount holder for drum microphone isolation and support. Newly re-designed for microphones with XLR connectors located under the stand base, it provides superior isolation while saving stage space and reducing clutter. No drilling required for installation.
The Kelly SHU Pro™ provides a miking platform that is completely de-coupled from both the drum shell and the stage. This eliminates environmental vibrations, resulting in a cleaner, more defined signal from the isolated microphone. Built for extreme durability, these units are trusted on world tours by professional drummers and sound engineers.
Compatibility & Engineering
Specifically designed for larger-format kick drum microphones, the Kelly SHU Pro™ accommodates models such as the Shure BETA 52A, AT 2500, and EV RE20. It is compatible with almost all kick drums and larger tom drums (14 inches and larger in diameter).
