The Kelly SHU™ XLR Socket Accessory is the ultimate convenience for internal miking. This all-inclusive kit provides everything needed to install a permanent male XLR socket directly into your drum shell, turning every drum into a true plug-and-play instrument.
Assembled and packaged in the USA at the Kelly SHU system production facility, these kits utilize professional-quality components for a secure, long-lasting audio connection. While drilling is required, the investment pays off with lightning-fast setup and teardown at every gig.
Flexible Kit Options
We offer two versions of this kit. The Complete Kit (SHU-ACZ5) includes high-quality, hardened drill bits sharp enough to handle multiple shells. For secondary installations, our Accessory Pack (SHU-ACZ6) is available without drill bits, containing only the XLR socket/cable assembly and mounting hardware.
